Reservations

Once we’ve confirmed your reservation, you must send a postal order from the post office to our hotel as a deposit. If you prefer, you may also make a bank transfer to our bank account.  Once we've received the postal order or the bank transfer for your deposit, you reservation will be fully guaranteed.

If a guests cancels a reservation, the hotel management will refund the guest:
* 100% of the deposit, if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the check-in date.
* 50%, if the cancellation is made more than 7 and up to 30 days before the check-in date.
* 10%, if the cancellation is made 7 or fewer days before the check-in date.

Loss of reservation and deposit
  Our establishment will no longer have the obligation to reserve the accommodation, and the deposit will be lost, if the accommodation is not occupied at the stipulated time.

Duration of the services reserved
     Unless otherwise arranged, the price of the hotel stay will be based on the number of days in accordance with the number of overnight stays. A day ends at 12:00 noon. Guests must pay for their stay at our hotel before 11:00 pm on the last day of their reserved stay.
  Guestrooms will be available for guests after 12:30 pm.
      If a guest would like to enjoy the accommodation for a period longer than the reserved period, the establishment and the guest must reach an agreement to this end. If the guest does not leave the establishment on the day established for check-out, and no agreement to extend the stay has been reached, the establishment the has right to make use of the accommodation unit.
